Unknown burglars barged into a storage shed and stole nearly 300 boxes of Apples in the Wahpora area of Murran in South Kashmir’s Puwama district.
Locals told The Kashmiriyat that unknown burglars broke into the shed of a local orchardist, Irshad Ahmed Shah, son of Sayed Shah and stole nearly 300 apple boxes packed in the store room.
They said that Irshad has approached the Police and filed a complaint against the theft. “The estimated cost of the stolen apples was around three lacs,” Locals told The Kashmiriyat.
The Police confirming the incident said that they have started looking for the burglars and launched an investigation into the matter,
