At least 19 Palestinian people were injured late Sunday during clashes with the Israeli forces at Bab Al-Amud district, Damascus Gate, in the occupied Jerusalem City, Palestine Red Crescent Society said.
Four of the wounded were admitted to the hospital, and the others were treated on the site, the society added in a press statement.

The Israeli forces deployed at the district fired bullets at dozens of Palestinian youths.
The incidents came a few hours after Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid, accompanied by police forces, had broken into the district.
