The B.D.O Anantnag on Wednesday, flagged off a batch of around 35 students to Jaipur, Rajasthan.
The students will undergo training under different technical trades facilitated by Himayat(DDU-GKY) India.
The students are being provided free boarding, lodging, and transport facility to and fro. Moreover, a monthly stipend would also be provided to the students.
After the completion of training, the students would be placed in multiple national and international companies across India.
The student would also be provided PPS( Post Placement Support) monetarily once they get placed.
“This is indeed a good opportunity for the students who have limited access to resources and want to excel in some technical field. I, personally, want students to come forward as the government is lending a helping hand,” said B.D.O, Anantnag, Talat Mahmood Wani.
