The Jammu Kashmir Police have arrested four accused in a rape case, while the BJP Panch is still evading arrest in offence of an alleged abduction and rape case.
The Panch identified as Lateef Jagal of Shopian, abducted a woman using his four associates in the Hirpora area of Shopian.

The woman lodged a complaint in the Police station, after which the four accused were arrested the the Local Police, however the BJP Panch has gone missing, a Police official told The Kashmiriyat.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that the woman has lodged a written complaint at Police Station and accused the BJP member of raping her for two days after kidnapping her.
Lateef Jagal, the accused is a BJP Panch and a resident of Chek Amshipora village of Shopian.
