‘BJP’s opposition to our manifesto proves NC headed in right direction’: Omar Abdullah

National Conference (NC) vice president and former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah stated today that the BJP’s opposition to the NC manifesto signifies that his party is on the right path.

Speaking at an election rally in Banihal, Abdullah urged voters to carefully examine the NC manifesto, asserting that they would find it more appealing compared to those of other political parties.

“If the BJP had praised our manifesto, I would have been worried,” Abdullah said.

“Their criticism assures us that we are moving in the right direction.”

He was in Banihal to support NC candidate Sajjad Shaheen for the upcoming assembly polls.

Abdullah emphasized that the NC’s vision for the future is distinct and would resonate more strongly with the people of Jammu and Kashmir than the offerings of their political opponents.
