The body of a newborn was wrapped in the box dumped in the washroom at Trauma Hospital Kangan in central Kashmiri’s Ganderbal district on Monday morning.
An official told The Kashmiriyat that a newborn baby was found in a bathroom in Kangan hospital on Friday morning by some attendants accordingly police were informed.
Confirming the incident, a police official said the body of the newborn girl was found in the washroom. “Somebody had put the newborn near washroom and he was dead.”
He said that a case has been registered in this connection and an investigation is underway.
