A top army commander on Saturday appealed to the Kashmiri mothers to bring back their sons who have joined militancy.
“Today I make a fervent appeal to all Kashmiri mothers to bring back sons who have joined militancy and to stop their sons from picking up arms,” said GoC 15 Corps LT Gen KJS Dhillon.
The army commander was speaking at the passing-out-cum attestation parade at JAKLI Regimental Centre today.
“I guarantee safe entry of local militants into the mainstream,” he said.
