Brother – Sister Duo Die of Cardiac Arrest in Shallabugh in Ganderbal

Two more persons have died of a heart attack in the Kashmir valley taking the death toll to 27 in the past fifteen days. A brother – sister duo died of a cardiac arrest in Ganderbal, moments after each other.

An official The Kashmiriyat, the deceased was rushed to the SKIMS, Soura where the doctors on call declared him brought dead. The deceased was identified as Abdul Samad Khanday.

After the body of the deceased reached his residence, his sister suffered a massive heart attack. According to reports that reached The Kashmiriyat that the female complained of chest pain at her home and was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital by her family members.

The doctors declared the sister of the deceased, dead on arrival. The deceased was identified as Raja Begum.

The Cardiologists have advised heart patients not to venture out of the house in the morning and evening as the temperature is declining every day. “Cases of heart attacks may increase in the coming days,” the doctors have warned.
