A trooper of Border Security Force (BSF) was injured during a bear attack in Budgam district of Central Kashmir on Sunday.
Officials told The Kashmiriyat that Ranjeet Singh who was posted as a guard at the residence of the District Magistrate (DM) in Budgan district of Jammu Kashmir was attacked by a bear during the wee hours of Sunday morning.
He was injured in the attack after which he was shifted to the nearby hospital for treatment.
“The attending doctors have described his condition as stable”, officials told The Kashmiriyat.
