The body of a 24-year-old youth identified as Gulzar Ahmad Bhat son of Abdul Gani Bhat was recovered in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district early morning on Monday.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that Gulzar’s bullet riddled body was found by the locals lying in a pool of blood in an Apple orchard at Bunpora in Muran area, who later informed the Police.
The Police arrived on the spot and took the body for postmortem.

Bhat who is a resident of Bunpora Pulwama was running an eye clinic at Bijbehara.
Meanwhile an elderly couple was electrocuted to death after heavy rains triggered a flash flood in Surankote area of Poonch district of Jammu Kashmir last night.
The deceased were identified as Mureed Hussain (58) and his wife Najma B (55) of Chati Bhatti, Surankote.
