Normalcy returned to Kupwara in North Kashmir’s after the gap of four days on Monday.
Locals told The Kashmiriyat that all business establishments started functioning while public and private transport was also plying on all routes in the district on Monday after 4 four days over the killing of AMU Scholar turned militant Dr Mannan Wani.
Slain Manan Wani was killed along with other local militant in a gunfight with government forces at Handwara Village on last week.
Meanwhile authorities on late Sunday suspended classwork in all educational institutions across Kupwara district, except Karnah sector.
