A cordon and search operation (CASO) that was launched by Government Forces in Malikgund area of South Kashmir’s Shopian District has been called off.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that on Sunday afternoon, 44 RR of Indian Army, CRPF and Jammu Kashmir Police jointly launched a search operation in Zainbathoo area of Malikgund in South Kashmir’s Shopian District.
Following inputs about Militant movement in the area, the forces blocked all the entry and exit points of the area.
A door to door search operation was conducted by the forces jointly
During the search operation, nothing was found in the area after which forces called off the operation.
