The Government Forces on Monday launched a cordon and search operation in Mantrigam Pethkoot area of North Kashmir’s Bandipora District.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that on Friday noon, the forces including 13 RR of Indian Army, Jammu Kashmir Police sealed all the entry and exit points to the area.
Locals told The Kashmiriyat that a heavy contingent of forces reached this Matrigam locality and are conducting a search operation in the areas.
A search operation was going on when this report was being filed.
