The Government Forces on Saturday launched a cordon and search operation in the Shool locality of Batengoo area of South Kashmir’s Islamabad (Anantnag) District.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that on Saturday, the forces including 1 RR of Indian Army, 90 Battalion of CRPF and Jammu Kashmir police sealed all the entry and exit points to the Shol area.
Locals told The Kashmiriyat that a heavy contingent of forces reached this Islamabad locality and are conducting a search operation in the area.
