The Government Forces on Tuesday jointly launched a cordon and search operation in the Kamad area of South Kashmir’s Islamabad (Anantnag) District.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that on Wednesday morning, the forces including 1 RR of Indian Army, and SOG of Jammu Kashmir police sealed all the entry and exit points to the Kamad area.
Locals told The Kashmiriyat that a heavy contingent of forces reached this Islamabad (Anantnag) locality and are conducting a search operation in the area.
