The Government forces laid down a Cordon and search operation in Ponira area of South Kashmir’s Kulgam District on Monday morning.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that RR of Indian Army, SOG 0f JK Police and CRPF laid down the Search Operation jointly.
“The Operation was launched after troopers received a specific input about Militant movement in the area,” Sources said.
A door to door search operation has been launched in the area.
