The Government Forces on Tuesday morning launched Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) in the Kamla area of Tral in the Pulwama district of South Kashmir.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that a search operation has been launched jointly by forces including 42 RR of Indian Army, Jammu Kashmir Police, and CRPF in the Kamla area of Tral.
A door-to-door search operation has begun, they said.
Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) was launched as an Anti Militancy operation on May 2, 2017, amid a rise in the local recruitment into Militant groups in the Kashmir valley.
The Forces jointly conduct search operations in a specific area.
