A cordon and search operation has been launched in the Gulab Bagh area of Shah Hamdan Colony in Zakura surrender before forces on Tuesday evening, officials said.
Officials told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that a cordon and search operation was launched in the Shah Hamdan locality in Zakura where a massive Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) was launched immediately by Police, SOG, and CRPF’s QRT.
After the search operation was launched, the hiding militants were offered surrender by the forces amid the installation of lights.
As per reports, the Militants have accepted the offer to surrender.
