Following a specific input about Militant movement, the Government Forces jointly launched a cordon and search operation in the Ghat area of Redwani in South Kashmir’s Kulgam District.
Late afternoon on Eid day (Wednesday), the forces including RR of Indian Army and Jammu Kashmir Police sealed all the entry and exit points to the Ghat area.
Locals told The Kashmiriyat that a heavy contingent of forces reached this Redwani locality and are conducting a search operation in the area.
A search operation was going on when this report was being filed.
