In Jhansi, four nuns including two postulants were attacked by Bajrang Dal members while travelling by train from Delhi to Odisha. On Saturday, residents of Harijan Basti in Sarai Kale Khan of Delhi were attacked by a mob after a Dalit man married a Muslim woman with each other’s consent, the police said on Sunday. The police said that at least 15 to 20 men has entered the locality around 10:30pm and attacked the house of the Dalit man with bricks, broke flower pots, thrashed both men and women and vandalised two-wheelers parked outside houses.
