A Muslim teenager was raped and later murdered allegedly by another community on September 2 in Palamu. The incident took place 200 km away from her hometown Hazaribagh in Jharkhand. Her body was found in the rented flat of the murderer. The situation is all tense in Hazaribagh District. Jyothisri took her life just one day before the exam, this is the third suicide case in the last one month. The special court of NIA in Kochi granted bail to two students, who were arrested for alleged Maoist links in November last year and were facing charges under UAPA. Allan Shuhaib, 20, a law student , and Thwaha Fazal, 24, a journalism student, were arrested in Kozhikode by local police and charged under Sections 38 and 39 of UAPA and Section 120B of IPC.
