A mass grave containing 28 bodies has been discovered in Omdurman, city of the capital Khartoum, Sudan. The mass grave is claimed to have the remains of army officers killed for carrying out the 1989 coup attempt against Sudan’s former President Omar al-Bashir. Tagelsir al-Hebr, a public prosecutor, told AFP news agency, "It took three weeks and the work of 22 experts from different fields to locate it."
