According to sources, these individuals, aged between 20 to 40 years, are actively aiding foreign terrorists from Pakistan by providing logistical and ground-level support. The identified operatives are reportedly affiliated with three major Pakistan-backed terror outfits: Hizbul Mujahideen, Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), and Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM). Pakistan violated the ceasefire along the Line of Control in the Kashmir valley by resorting to unprovoked firing, a defence official said on Saturday and added the army responded appropriately. "On the night of April 25-26, unprovoked small firing was carried out by multiple Pakistan Army posts all across the Line of Control (LoC) in Kashmir," the Srinagar-based defence official said. Three more houses of LeT terrorists have been demolished in three districts of South Kashmir on Saturday, who are suspected to have involvement in Pahalgam attack. Similarly, in Kulgam the house of terrorist Zakir Ahmad Gania( Active Since 2023) was destroyed with a blast in Matalhama. In Shopian, house of terrorist Shahid Ahmad Kutay was also destroyed in Chotipora. He is active since 2002.
