June 22   Jahangeer Ganie A Massive Cordon and Search Operation has been launched by Government Forces in Pehlipora area of Shopian District in South Kashmir. June 22 Jahangeer Ganie Suspected Militant opened fire on Indian Army in Machpuna area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama District. Sources told The kashmiriyat that Militants opened fire upon a party of 55 RR Deployed near Machpuna chowk in Pulwama on Friday afternoon. As per initial reports nobody has been injured in the attack, meanwhile a search operation has been launched in the area.

June 22 Three out of the four Militants killed in Sirigufwara encounter in South Kashmir's Islamabad district have been identified. Officials identified the slain Militants to the Kashmiriyat as Majid Manzoor from Pulwama, Aadil (Dawood) from HMT Srinagar and Adil Mir from Sheipora of Sirigufwara. The official said that the identify of the court one is being ascertained. A gunfight had begun in the area when militants reportedly opened fire on a party of government forces who were conducting a search operation in the area. The owner of the house in which militabts were allegedly hiding was also killed in the firing and his wife injured. The operation was jointly launched by 3 RR of Indian Army, Jammu Kashmir police and CRPF.
