A man lost both of his limbs after ‘attempting suicide’ on coming on tracks of a moving train in the Sadoora area in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district, officials said. Quoting officials news agency GNS reported that a man ‘jumped in front’ of a moving train, on way from Banihal to Baramulla, near Sadoora, resulting in him losing both his limbs. The official identified the person as Mohammad Ashraf Itoo a resident of Gopalpora Mattan. The police has taken cognizance of the incident for necessary investigations.

Meer Irfan Three truck-bound Kashmiris were robbed of 99,000 rupees and three mobile phones in Delhi's Azadpur Mandi on Sunday morning. Speaking to The Kashmiriyat Gowhar Yousuf of the Drubgam area of Pulwama district in south Kashmir said that they were asleep when the thieves stole three mobile phones and cash of over 99,000 from their vehicle.
