The Jammu Kashmir administration has issued orders to stop the salaries of Kashmiri Hindus employees protesting in the valley for months demanding their relocation to a safer place amid targeted killings of minorities by the militants. The labour department of Kashmir and additional deputy commissioner, Anantnag, had on Wednesday issued orders to stop the salaries of Kashmiri migrant employees on strike in the valley In his order, Deputy Labour Commissioner (DLC) Kashmir Ahmad Hussain Bhat directed all assistant labour commissioners across districts in the Kashmir valley to stop the salaries of these employees for September. Teenager arrested for sodomising 4-year-old boy in Budgam

In a shocking incident, a teenager was arrested in Khag area of Central Kashmir's Budgam district on Wednesday for sodomising a minor boy, officials said here. An official told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the teenager had sodomised a 4-year-old boy in Khag. He said that soon after receiving information about the same, police swung into action and arrested the teenager. IAF officers’ killing: Yasin Malik seeks physical appearance, case listed for 19 October

The case of the killing of four IAF personnel involving Mohammed Yasin Malik was heard on Tuesday. As per news reports, All accused including Yasin Malik were present virtually in the case from the year 1990. Yasin demanded he demanded a physical hearing and mailed the same to the court, Monika Kohli, CBI lawyer said. The court has heard his plea and said that it will cross-examine the witnesses after being present personally. The final order on the same is yet to come. The next date of hearing is 19th October, said Monika Kohli, CBI lawyer.

Stones pelted at Emraan Hashmi’s crew in south Kashmir, FIR registered

Miscreants on Monday evening pelted stones on the crew members of film star Emraan Hashmi in Pahalgam area in South Kashmir’s Anantnag district. Reliable sources told Srinagar based news agency Kashmir Dot Com that some "miscreants" pelted few stones at the crew of Emraan Hashmi who was shooting his film in famous tourist destination Pahalgam. An official confirmed the incident to KDC and said that an FIR number 77/22 under section 147, 148, 370, 336 and 323 has been registered in police station Pahalgam and further investigation has been set into motion. Three dead, one injured as mud house collapses in Anantnag

Sheikh Nadeem Three persons died while as one injured after a mud house collapsed in Daksum area of Kokernag in south Kashmir's Anantnag district. An official confirming the incident to The Kashmiriyat said that three persons died after a mud house collapsed in Daksum Anantnag on Sunday morning. He identified the deceased as Manzoor Ahmad Gorsi son of Mohammad Abdullah, Hajra Begum wife of Mohammad Hussain Gorsi and Manzoor Ahmad son, all residents of Bidhard Kokernag. He added that one person was injured and was been shifted to the hospital for treatment.
