Police arrested four accused and recovered stolen cash and gold from them in Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district, Local news agency Kashmir News Trust reported. The theft incident had occurred during the intervening night of 18 and 19 this month in the two houses belonging to Ashiq Ahmad Mir and Muzafar Ahmad Famda, both residents of Kullan area of Gund Kangan. After registration of case and subsequent investigation by police station Gund, police arrested four accused out of which three hail from Central Kashmir’s Budgam district. Police identified the accused as Fayaz Ahmad Ganie of Soibug, Budgam, Saleem Malik of Khag Budgam, Sameer Lone of Kokar Bagh Budgam and Imtayaz Ahmad Guroo of Gundroshan, Rabitar at present Parimpora Band Srinagar. Police in North Kashmir’s Bandipora district have attached a residential house for wilfully sheltering and harbouring militants after obtaining sanction from competent authority. In a statement, issued to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), a spokesperson said that police attached the residential house of one person namely Bashir Ahmad Mir of Wanpora Gurez at present Watrina after obtaining legal sanction from the competent authorities. In a shocking incident, a teenager was arrested in Khag area of Central Kashmir's Budgam district on Wednesday for sodomising a minor boy, officials said here. An official told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the teenager had sodomised a 4-year-old boy in Khag. The case of the killing of four IAF personnel involving Mohammed Yasin Malik was heard on Tuesday. As per news reports, All accused including Yasin Malik were present virtually in the case from the year 1990. Yasin demanded he demanded a physical hearing and mailed the same to the court, Monika Kohli, CBI lawyer said.
