Jammu and Kashmir police on Saturday claimed to have arrested two Over Ground Workers (OGWs) in Lolab area of Kupwara district. Airport authorities here look for a “busy day of normal flight operation” at the ‘international airport on Thursday, officials said. “Today our visibility is 1200 M. some flights have already landed,” Director, Airports Authority of India, Srinagar, Kuldeep Singh told GNS. “We are looking forward to a busy day of normal operations,” he added. Two militants have been killed in an encounter between the government forces and militants in Amshipora area iof South Kashmir’s Shopian district, officials said on Friday. A senior police officer told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that two unidentified militants have been killed, whose identification is being ascertained while search operation is on in the area.
