Former Chief Minister and PDP president said after placing security bunkers at every nook and corner of Srinagar, CRPF personnel have been pushed into marriage halls which is only left for people here. The Jammu Kashmir National Conference on Thursday expressed concern over the erratic power supply in Kashmir division saying the  consumers are facing hardships due to the unscheduled power cuts. Echoing the outrage of the consumers Party General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar said the residents of Uptown and Downtown areas are irked at due to the unscheduled outages. “I’ve been receiving phone calls from various people from uptown as well as Shahar e Khas areas about the hide and seek that the electricity is playing with them. It is anybody’s guess what the situation would be in the rural and far-flung areas. The Jammu Kashmir unit of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Tuesday removed party leader and former MLC Vikram Randhawa from all party posts. According to news agency-Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Randhawa, as per the order issued by BJP's J&K president, Ravinder Raina has been relieved from all the posts including that of J&K BJP Secretary post, with immediate effect. Randhawa has been removed days after he made anti-Muslim statement.
