Gunshots Heard During CASO in Puwlama Area

June 27 Gunshots were heard during cordon and search operation in Bellow village of South kashmir's Pulwama district. Sources said soon after government forces cordoned off the area few gunshots were heard created panic in the area. Earlier government including RR and Police cordoned off the area after receiving specific inputs about the presence militants in the area. Search operation was going on when this report was filed. Eyewitnesses told The Kashmiriyat that thousands of people participated in last rites at his native Talangam in South kaahmir's Pulwama district. June 18 (Image Used for Representation) The Government forces laid down a Cordon and search operation in Samboora area of South Kashmir's Pulwama District on Tuesday. Sources told The Kashmiriyat that 50 RR of Indian Army, Jammu Kashmir Police and CRPF laid down the Search operation jointly. "The Operation was launched after troopers received a specific input about Militant movement in the area," Sources said. A Door to door search operation has been launched in the area.
