September 15 Zojila Pass on the Srinagar-Leh road received season’s first spell of light snowfall on Saturday morning MeT said one inch of fresh snow had accumulated around the 11,600 ft high pass. Locals told The Kashmiriyat that Sopore has shut for the second consecutive day against the Militant killings, while a partial shutdown is being observed in Handwara and Langate areas for the fourth consecutive day.
