A fast track court in Srinagar Saturday convicted a man for sexually assaulting her minor daughter in 2021. After hearing Additional Public Prosecutor Muhammad Maqbool Shah and defense counsel, the POSCO court presided over by Aarti Mohan, as per the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) said that the prosecution had established the guilt of accused beyond a reasonable doubt. “The prosecution has also succeeded in establishing the offense of sexual harassment against the accused person.
