A man from Arunachal Pradesh, identified as Kangge Perme, was located in Budgam, Kashmir, and safely returned home by police. Perme had been missing since July 23, when his father reported his disappearance to the Mebo police station in East Siang. The Meteorological Centre in Srinagar issued an advisory on Friday, forecasting rain, thundershowers, and gusty winds in several areas of Jammu Kashmir over the next three hours.
