A Srinagar Court has dismissed the petition of a woman who accused her husband and in-laws of domestic violence. After hearing counsels for petitioner and respondent, the Court of Second Additional Munsiff Srinagar presided over by Ahtizaz Ahmed said that all witnesses of petitioner are interested witnesses. “There are few contradictions in the witnesses of the petitioners. Further, all of the witnesses of petitioner are interested witnesses which require further corroboration,” the court said.
