According to the department, the weather is expected to improve from November 16. A Met official stated, "From November 15 to 16, many places in Kashmir and a few in Jammu division will experience cloudy skies with light rain or snow in higher reaches. Weather conditions are likely to improve from November 16, and generally dry conditions are anticipated between November 17 and 23."
