Timing, route of grand Milad rally in Anantnag announced

On Tuesday, the historical milad procession will be taken out from the Anantnag town on September 17, Jamia masjid committee Anantnag said. In a statement issued on Friday during the congregational prayers, Moulana Rameez Hyderi said that the procession will march on its historical route strating from the Khanqah of Hazrat Baba Hyder Reshi at around 9:15 A.M. He said the procession will later March to Sarnal via the Mattan Chowk and Kadipora road from where the procession will march to Dak Khana via K.P. road and then it will taken the Mattan Chowk- Sherbagh road and reach Cheeni chowk, the procession will then march to Janglat Mandi via Malaknag, Hazratbal and Shirpora and then will culminate at Jamia Masjid marching Via Khah Bazar. Kashmiri female engineering students awarded for using biomedical wastes to construct roads

Two civil Engineers Benit-ul-Islam and her friend Shabnum Masood hailing from north Kashmir have been awarded from Panjab university for proposing an alternate method to construct roads out of bio-medical waste. The girls are currently working on project of National Building Construction Corporation (NBCC). They said the idea will not only make our roads economical, but it will also prove as a safest mechanism of biomedical waste disposal.
