According to information obtained by the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the districts lacking CT-Scan facilities include Srinagar, Budgam, Bandipora, Ganderbal and Shopian. Health officials revealed to KNO that JLNM Hospital in Srinagar currently does not have CT-Scan facilities.
