Police Arrests Bootlegger in Kokernag

August 18 Waris Shah/ Sheikh Nadeem The Jammu Kashmir Police acting upon a specific input, laid down a Naka near Daksum rea in Kokernag area of South Kashmir's Islamabad (Anantnag) District on Saturday. Nocturnal Raids Continue in South Kashmir- At least Five Arrested

August 18 The Government forces raided the Walerhama Locality in Pahalgam and Kanjullar Locality in Shopian area of South Kashmir's and arrested youths during the intervening night of Friday and Saturday. Locals told The Kashmiriyat that at least four youths have been arrested in the Kanjkulla locality when forces raided the Village around 1130 in the night while one youth was picked up during a raid in Walerhama Pahalgam. They four were detained in  Kanjjular when the Forces including Jammu Kashmir Police barged inside the houses of the youth and took them into detention. A Police official while speaking to The Kashmiriyat confirmed the arrests.
