October 27 The CASO launched in Ghat Redwani area of South Kashmir's Kulgam District has been called after nothing was found in the area. The Government forces including 1 RR of Indian Army, Jammu Kashmir Police and CRPF had laid down the cordon and Search operation jointly. "The Operation was called off after troopers conducted Search Operations for nearly 9 hours, but nothing was found," Sources told The Kashmiriyat. Massive clashes had also erupted in the area.

October 27 At least 20 civilians have been injured during clashes with the Government forces after clashes broke out during a cordon and search operation (CASO) in Redwani area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Saturday. October 21 One more person injured during the Kulgam Gunfight has succumbed to his injuries taking the death toll to 9 which includes three Militants and six civilians. The civilian who was admitted in SKIMS succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. He was shifted from SMHS hospital to SKIMS for specialized treatment given his grave injuries. The identity of the slain has not been confirmed as of yet. Earlier, five civilians were killed post a gunfight in Kulgam that resulted in killing of three militants and injuries to two Government Force personnel.
