Minor Boy Dies After Falling Down from his House in Drubgam

A minor boy died on Monday after falling down from house in Drabgam area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama District. Locals told The Kashmiriyat that a boy identified as Basit Riyaz son of Riyaz Ahmed Teli of Drabgam village of Pulwama fell down from the residential house, after which he was rushed to the nearby hospital. The Doctors at the hospital declared him brought dead on arrival, Meanwhile police took cognizance of this incident.

Body of Missing Driver Retrieved from Pampore

The body of a missing driver from South Kashmir's Pulwama district was found in river Jhelum at Pampore area on Tuesday, officials said. Officials told that some people while extracting sand from river Jhelum found a body near Patalbagh area of Pampore and accordingly informed police. The man was identified as Muzaffar Ahmad Rather, 37, son of Ghulam Nabi of Monghama village of Pulwama district. As per locals, Rather, who is driver by profession, was missing from last three days. His body was shifted to SDH Pampore for postmortem, officials said, adding that a case has also been registered in this regard while as further investigation is going on—(KNO)
