May 23 The Government Forces on Thursday afternoon launched Cordon and Search operation (CASO) in Dadasara area of Tral in Pulwama district of South Kashmir. Sources told The Kashmiriyat that a search operation has been launched jointly by forces including 42 RR of Indian Army, Jammu Kashmir Police and 180 BN of CRPF in Dadasara area All the entry and exit points of the area have been sealed on Thursday afternoon. May 05 Ahead of crucial Lok Sabha elections scheduled for the District of Shopian and Pulwama for Anantnag Lok Sabha seat for tomorrow, the polling parties have been attacked in various areas of the Tral hamlet in Pulwama District. Sources told The Kashmiriyat that youth hurled stones on vehicles of the polling staff including the Government Forces in Lorgam, Main town area and Lorgam area of Tral in South Kashmir and broke window panes of several vehicles. Youth in large numbers hit the streets of the Tral main town area as soon as the polling staff reached the area and attacked them with stones.
