Slain CRPF Man from Pulwama was Sole Bread earner of his family

July 31 Naseer Ahmed Rather son of wali Mohammad Rather resident of Naira village of Pulwama district who was killed by unknown gunmen on Sunday evening near his house was lone bread earner of his family. Naseer who was posted with CRPF 182 bn in Pulwama, was transfered to Sanath Nagar and was about to join there after two days. A group of four unknown gunmen barged into our house and asked Naseer to come out with us however within few minutes he was fired upon, one of his family member told The Kashmiriyat. CASO Launched in Tral Area

July 30 A Cordon and Search Operation has been launched in Seer Area of Tral Block of South Kashmir's Pulwama District on Monday. The 42 RR Of Indian Army, CRPF and Jammu Kashmir Police jointly launched the operation, Officials told The Kashmiriyat. Locals said that huge contingents of troops are conducting a search operation in the area. The search operation has been launched following a specific input about the presence of Militants in the area, Officials said.

July 29 A CRPF man was fired at by suspected Militants in Naira area of Tahab in South Kashmir's Pulwama District late night on Sunday. Sources told The Kashmiriyat that a CRPF man identified as Naseer Ahmad who was on a leave was shot at and injured by unknown persons at his native Naira area. The Government forces laid down a Cordon and search operation in area Bellow area  on Saturday afternoon. Sources told The Kashmiriyat that 55 RR of Indian Army, Jammu Kashmir Police and CRPF laid down the Search operation jointly. "The Operation was launched after troopers received a specific input about Militant movement in the area," Sources said. Hundreds of youth hit the streets when the Anti Militancy operation was launched and threw stones on troops amid intense pro Freedom sloganeering. July 28 Suspected Militants who had abducted Special Police Officer Shakeel Ahmed Lone at his residence in Chan Kitar area of Tral late night on Friday has reached home just now. Sources told The Kashmiriyat that Militants have released Shakeel who has reached home safely after his family had issued a video in the day requesting Militants to set him free. July 28 Unidentified persons hurled a grenade on a CRPF patrol party in Jawbehra in Awantipora area of South Kashmir's Pulwama District on Saturday. Sources told The Kashmiriyat that unknown persons hurled a grenade on CRPF men near the camp of 130 Battalion of CRPF in the Awantipora area. July 28 A youth namely Ishfaq Ahmad wani son of late Mohammad yousuf wani resident of Koil village of Pulwama district is missing from last seven days and his family is afraid that he might have joined militant ranks. Sources told The Kashmiriyat that 55 RR of Indian, Army and Jammu Kashmir police jointly launched the cordon and search operation in the Puchal, Ratnipora, Wandhakpora, Hanjipora and Gulbagh areas. July 26 The Government Forces today claimed to have averted a major tragedy after they detected an improvised explosive device (IED) planted by militants in Handoora area of the Tral in South Kashmir.
