The civilian identified as Mohammed Yusuf rather resident of Nowpora Sirigufwara has succumbed to his injuries.
Yusuf and his wife, Rafiqa had been injured in the gunfight initially and they were immediately rushed to the hospital.
Yusuf succumbed to his injuries due to excessive loss of blood, sources said.
Yusuf is the owner of the house in which Militants were believed to be trapped.
