A civilian has been killed when Government Forces opened fire upon protesters near the encounter site in Kupwara district of North Kashmir.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that Waseem son of Mohammed Akbar Mir, a resident of Sagipora in Sopore was killed when Forces opened fire upon protesters.

They said that Waseem died on the spot after being hit with a bullet.
