Massive Clashes erupted during a Cordon and Search Operation launched in Mitrigam area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama District.
The Government forces laid down a Cordon and search operation in area on Tuesday evening.
Sources told The Kashmiriyat that 55 RR of Indian Army, Jammu Kashmir Police and CRPF laid down the Search operation jointly.
“The Operation was launched after troopers received a specific input about Militant movement in the area,” Sources said.
As soon as the Anti Militancy operation was launched, Youth took to streets and shouting pro Freedom and Pro Militancy slogans threw stone on Government Forces.
A Door to door search operation has been launched in the area.
