Intesne Clashes erupted over the arrest of two boys in Damhal Khashipora area of South Kashmir’s Islamabad (Anantnag) District on Sunday.
Locals told The Kashmiriyat that two boys were arrested after a minor stone throwing incident in the area earlier today.
The Government Forces had earlier taken off the posters of Burhan Wani when youth came out on the streets to protest the removal of posters.
The Forces later in large numbers patrolling the streets arrested two boys after which the locals came out on the streets.
Shouting Pro Freedom and Anti Police slogans, came out on the streets and threw stones on the forces who in retaliation fired tear smoke shells on the protesting Locals.
The Clashes were going on when this report was filed.
