One person was killed and 5 others are reportedly injured in a cloud burst in Brenpatri area of Tral, Pulwama District on Sunday.
A Police Official confirmed the incident. The deceased was identified as 35 year-old Sadiq Doei Shadi S/O Bashir Doei who were residents of Katra Road, Udhampur. The residents have also asked DC, Pulwama for immediate assistance and relief fund for family of the deceased.
Choudhary Showkat Shabir who is a student activist for the Tribal community and member of the Gujjar Bakarwal Youth Welfare (GBYW) in Jammu and Kashmir tweeted about the unfortunate calamity.
