The chief of People’s Democratic Party, Mehbooba Mufti Monday addressing a press conference in Srinagar said that the BJP is trying its best to snatch the rights of the citizens of Jammu Kashmir.
Stating that the Rehbar e Ziraat, Rehbar e Khel, Rehbar e Janglat and NYCs are being disengaged merely with an aim of disempowering the people of Jammu Kashmir and provide the jobs to outsiders, Mehbooba Mufti said, “The idea was started by Mufti Mohammed Sayed to employ thousands of unemployed youth and now when they were about to be regularized i the month of July, the administration disengaged,” she said.
Critisizing the BJP she said that the oppression against Muslims is open now. “The Chief Ministers of BJP-led states are competing over the level of tyranny they can commit against Muslims,” Mehbooba Mufti said. She said that the BJP wants to bring the Gujrat model to the entire country.
“Every day there is a new issue which comes to the forth which is a direct violation to the Supreme Court orders issued in the aftermath of Babri Masjid demolition,” Mehbooba Mufti said.
