The Jammu Kashmir Police on Wednesday said that a policeman was injured after being hit a speeding vehicle in the Batmaloo area of Srinagar.
In a tweet, police said, “A speeding vehicle without a number plate hit and injured a PSO of a traffic officer on duty, resulting in the accidental discharge of PSO’s weapon, no damage/injury reported.”
The police further said that a case has been registered in Batmaloo PS against rash and negligent driving.
