The cordon and search operation launched by Goverment Forces in Turkawngam area of south Kashmir’s Shopian district continued for second straight day on Thursday.
An official said that the search operation that was jointly launched on Wednesday morning by 44 RR of Indian Army, Jammu Kashmir Police and CRPF is going on for the second consecutive day.
The search operation was launched after forces received specific inputs abour Militant presence in the area.
